Plexus announces appointment of Calum Mathieson as partner
Plexus Law has announced the appointment of Calum Mathieson, who will be based in the firm’s Edinburgh office.
Mr Mathieson qualified in 1993 and was a partner with Simpson & Marwick before the firm merged with Clyde & Co in 2014. He has over 25 years’ experience of dealing with complex and large loss employer, public and product liability claims on behalf of major insurers, Lloyds syndicates and corporate insureds. He also has extensive experience managing health and safety prosecutions on behalf of corporate insureds.
Mr Mathieson is a member of the Health and Safety Lawyers Association; the Forum of Insurance Lawyers (FOIL) and the Law Society of Scotland.
