Poll: Should barristers withhold their services in climate cases?

Scottish Legal News is inviting readers to vote on whether they support lawyers who have signed a declaration to withhold their professional services in respect of certain cases associated with climate change.
We presented two different views on the declaration. The first, in support of it, is by lawyer Benjamin Bestgen, a regular contributor to these pages. The second is by SLN editor Kapil Summan.
