Rachel Davies has been promoted to senior associate. Mrs Davies joined Stuart & Stuart’s Bonnyrigg office as an associate in September 2017 and heads the firm’s Midlothian residential conveyancing team.

The firm also announced the appointments of Emma Horne and James Brogan to the Edinburgh private client team. Ms Horne joins as a senior associate and heads the firm’s private client team. She advises on a wide range of matters including wills, trusts, estate planning, asset protection and executry administration.

Mr Brogan joins as senior solicitor, providing advice on many areas including wills, powers of attorney, asset protection, estate planning and executry administration.
