In Dunblane, private client expert Mirella Marchini has been made partner and property specialist Karen Crothers has been promoted to legal director.
In Inverness, two staff members have been promoted to senior associate – Kirstin MacDonald, corporate and commercial advisor, and Hannah Prentice, who specialises in later life matters including wills and power of attorney.
Meanwhile in Edinburgh, Lyndsey Mackay, who advises on private client and tax matters, has been promoted to senior solicitor.
Elsewhere, in Glasgow, Iona Whyte has been promoted to senior solicitor and Fiona Kempsell will start a new role as senior associate.
Three NQ solicitors have also been appointed – Rebecca Seaton, Hilary Steer and Christina MacDonald – who take up the roles following two years of hard work completing traineeships at the firm.
Fraser Gillies, managing partner at WJM, said: “We are committed to investing in and supporting our talented team and are proud to announce these greatly deserved promotions.
“Developing the skills of our people across our Scottish offices is key to our growth strategy and continued success.”
