Promotions at all three of Lindsays’ city offices
Lindsays has announced promotions at all three of its city-based offices.
Lynsey Kerr (private client), who is based in Edinburgh, has been promoted to senior associate while Andrew Ritchie (private client) and Lauren Pasi (personal injury) based in Dundee and Glasgow respectively, have both been promoted to associates.
Ms Kerr joined the firm in 2013 as a solicitor providing a full range of services to Lindsays’ private clients including on the creation and administration of trusts, estates, wills and powers of attorney. Last year she completed her Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Scotland Diploma, qualifying as one of the top 25 students. She is also a trustee of LifeCare, an Edinburgh-based charity supporting older people.
Mr Ritchie has over 25 years’ experience of legal practice and has particular expertise in executry and trust administration, the preparation of wills, advice regarding powers of attorney and living wills and estate planning including asset protection.
Ms Pasi has been with Lindsays since February this year when the firm acquired Brodies’ personal injury team. She is experienced in litigating on behalf of pursuers on a wide range of cases, including road traffic accidents, accidents in the workplace, public and occupier liability cases and medical negligence.
Alasdair Cummings, managing partner, said: “It is rewarding for the board and our partnership to be able to recognise the talent of these excellent lawyers. These promotions demonstrate our investment in our people and we look forward to supporting them in their new roles as they develop their careers with the firm.”
