Gillian Smith becomes a senior associate within the private client department while Cameron Milne is elevated to the role of senior solicitor within the commercial department.

Ms Smith has brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the private client team since joining Mackinnons in 2022. She specialises in will preparation and estate planning, power of attorney and capacity matters, and executry administration, assisting and supporting executors and beneficiaries in both straightforward and complex estates.

Mr Milne joined the firm in 2022 and is engaged across the department’s workload including dealing with ship sale and purchase transactions, fishing licence and quota matters, the preparation of finance and security documents, providing employment and immigration advice, and delivering general corporate and commercial advice and assistance.
