PSPC to host free seminar for owners of historic buildings

Perthshire Solicitors Property Centre (PSPC) is organising a ‘Property Repair Seminar’ to help people care for their historic home, and to raise awareness of the potential pitfalls and challenges associated with older properties.

The event, on Tuesday 6 March 2018, will include a series of short talks and Q&A with industry professionals, shedding light on maintaining the condition and value of traditional properties (pre 1919).

With guidance and advice on everything from stone and roof repairs to window maintenance and grant eligibility, the event will take place from 5.15 until 7pm in Royal George Hotel, Tay Street, Perth, PH1 5LD.

With refreshments served from 5pm, the event is supported by Perth City Heritage Fund and Fife and Tayside Traditional Building Forum.
