QCs contribute chapters to book on 50 years of law commissions
Two senior members of the Faculty of Advocates have contributed to a new book to mark the golden jubilee of the law commissions of Scotland and England & Wales.
Laura Dunlop QC and David Johnston QC, each have chapters in Fifty Years of the Law Commissions – The Dynamics of Law Reform.
They are among a number of contributors with past or present links to the Scottish Law Commission.
Mr Johnston has been a commissioner since January 2015 and Ms Dunlop served five years as the first female commissioner from 2009-14. The others are Lord Hodge, Lord Drummond Young, Lord Pentland, Eric Clive, George Gretton and Hector MacQueen.
