Rachel Grant appointed to lead Manolete Partners plc in Scotland
Rachel Grant has been appointed to lead Manolete Partners plc’s Scottish practice.
Ms Grant’s appointment to the insolvency litigation financing company follows its IPO on the London Stock Exchange (AIM) in December 2018.
With over 25 years of experience in insolvency law, she joins Manolete from Brodies LLP, where she worked for 11 years.
She is a member of the R3 General Technical Committee and Scottish Technical Committee, which she chaired for over 10 years, and is a member and former chair of the Law Society Insolvency Accreditation Panel.
She was a member of the Law Society of Scotland’s Corporate, Banking and Insolvency Committee for more than 20 years and represented the Law Society on the Joint Insolvency Committee.
