Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace promotes Allan Mackenzie to associate
Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace (RCC&W) has promoted Allan Mackenzie to associate solicitor.
After graduating from Aberdeen University in 2006, Mr Mackenzie completed his traineeship with a local firm and in 2012 joined a local residential and commercial property developer. He joined RCC&W in May 2017. He has extensive experience in the commercial property sector and a comprehensive knowledge of the development process from planning through to plot sales.
Since he joined RCC&W, he has been based at the firm’s head office in Albyn Place where he has continued to work with the development team assisting developer clients in development set-up work.
Mr Mackenzie said: “I am delighted to be continuing my career with RCC&W as an associate solicitor and to have the invaluable opportunity to expand upon my knowledge and experience within the commercial property sector.”
Heather Stephen, senior partner in the commercial property department, said: “I congratulate Allan on his well-deserved promotion within our firm and wish him well for the future. Allan’s previous role as an in-house lawyer for a leading housebuilder has given him an insight to the development industry and a level of technical skill which is of significant value to our clients.
“His promotion further enables him to support developer clients with the unique requirements they have and the challenges they face. Allan will continue to be a tremendous asset to our firm.”
