Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace welcomes trio of private client solicitors
Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace (RCC&W) has welcomed three new solicitors to its private client team.
Michael Kusznir and Fiona Mackintosh joined the department at Albyn Place and Gillian Smith has taken a position within the firm’s Banchory branch. These three new appointments follow that of Annabelle Gow, who joined the department in August last year.
Mr Kusznir joined the firm from Claphams Solicitors in Clarkston, East Renfrewshire where he has been working for the last two-and-a-half years. He has been passionate about private client work since university and is particularly interested in legal rights and social care planning, ensuring clients effectively plan for the future.
Ms Mackintosh was previously based at the firm’s Stonehaven branch for three years. She has now joined the Albyn Place Office and will be supporting clients with a range of private client matters including wills, powers of attorney and executry administration. In addition, she has experience in conveyancing.
Ms Smith will also focus on advising clients on matters such as wills, powers of attorney and trusts. Her previous experience includes the purchase, sale and leasing of residential properties. Having lived in the Banchory area for 20 years, she is well placed to develop lasting client relationships that are so important in a rural community, within the framework of a larger local firm.
Head of the private client department, Douglas Crombie, said: “This follows a period of continued success for the department. I am delighted our team has been strengthened by the addition of these three new solicitors.
“Michael, Fiona and Gillian bring a range of different skills and experience with them and I am confident that the department, the firm and, in particular, our clients will benefit greatly from these new appointments.”
