Jay Lawson, a solicitor in MML’s busy employment law practice, has been promoted to partner and Natalie Menzies, a lawyer in the firm’s expanding private client department, has been promoted to senior associate.

Civil litigator Ritchie McNeil has joined the firm and Nia McAndrew is also a new appointment, joining the family law team. Darren Bell has completed his traineeship and has been retained as a solicitor in the court department and Gary Ellingford has also joined the firm as a trainee.
