Record number of promotions at Aberdein Considine
Aberdein Considine has made a record number of promotions.
Twenty-one lawyers working from Peterhead to Newcastle upon Tyne have been elevated in the firm’s latest round of promotions.
Aberdeen-based Elaine Elder (dispute resolution) and Eleanor Comfort (residential property and conveyancing), who works from the Dyce office, have both been promoted to partner.
Eight lawyers covering a range of legal disciplines including family law, corporate and business advisory, dispute resolution, banking litigation and residential property and conveyancing have been promoted to senior associate.
The senior associates are: Aberdeen-based Danny Anderson, who has been recognised as a leading associate in the 2025 Legal 500, and Erin Shand (both corporate and business advisory), Katie Hutchinson and Samantha Gilbert (both residential property and conveyancing) and Tom Main (family law); Peterhead-based Jordan Watt (residential property and conveyancing); Edinburgh-based Kerry Temple (residential property and conveyancing); and Banchory-based Stevie Kelman (residential property and conveyancing).
Meanwhile, Edinburgh-based Emma Roman (family law) has been promoted to associate, with two appointments to senior solicitor (one in commercial real estate – England and Wales, another in residential property and conveyancing).
