Reduced CPD rates announced for trainees, devils and students
Scottish Legal Training is pleased to announce a special CPD events rate of £25 plus VAT for trainees, devils and students.

The Criminal Law Masterclass on Saturday 23 January will feature Donald Findlay QC, who will discuss science and expert evidence, Frances McMenamin QC, who will discuss sexual offences, Ian Duguid QC , who will assess the double jeopardy rules and Alex Prentice QC who will discuss pre-trial publicity in the internet age. John Keenan, meanwhile, will survey the latest developments of the Moorov doctrine.
The Personal Injury Masterclass, on Monday 25 January will feature a formidable panel including Colin Macaulay QC, who will look at consent in clinical negligence in the wake of Montgomery, Robert Milligan QC, who will talk about secondary victims claims and Geoff Clarke QC who will look at prosthetics and damages. Meanwhile, advocate Isla Davie will discuss recent case law and developments in the law and Steve Love will talk about the new personal injury rules.
