RFPG: Creativity in the Law Showcase 2025
From Burns to Mackintosh to Capaldi, Scotland has been home to some of the world’s most celebrated poets, artists and musicians.
The Royal Faculty of Procurators in Glasgow is aware of many members who practise their creativity with brush or plectrum with the same prodigious flair as they do their drafting and pleading, and is again looking to highlight the depth of talent in Scotland’s legal profession.
Following the rousing success of last year’s inaugural event, the RFPG would once again welcome all those in the legal community to come forward and share their talents with colleagues through whichever medium they desire. Last year saw exhibitors across many art forms – painters, photographers, poets, musicians as well as sculptors, stained glass artists, dice makers and even a game designer, so all are welcome as artistic creativity takes a multitude of forms.
To enter, please email the RFPG here at library@rfpg.org for more information.
This year’s showcase is due to take place on the evening of Thursday 24 April, in the Royal Faculty Hall, 12 Nelson Mandela Place, Glasgow.
Should you simply wish to come along and enjoy an evening of music, good company and an art exhibition, all in the wonderful setting of the Royal Faculty building, then please visit www.rfpg.org to register your attendance.
The event is free to attend, but will be in aid of Shelter Scotland, and donations on the night will be welcome.
