Richard Templeton joins Compass Chambers

Richard Templeton

Before calling to the bar, he practised in reparation for 11 years at Clyde & Co. He has experience of high value and complex claims, primarily involving serious life-changing injuries and fatalities.

He has a breadth of expertise across the personal injury sector and has acted in disputes in the fields of employers’ liability, occupiers’ liability, road traffic accidents, occupational disease, and aviation. Mr Templeton also has experience of accidents abroad and foreign claims including jurisdictional issues. He has represented the MIB and has also advised on insurance coverage and policy response.
