Mr Bradley returns to full-time practice having been a fee paid employment judge in Scotland for the past four years.

Clerk Sheila Westwater said: “Russell specialises in employment and equalities law where he represents both employers and employees in employment tribunals, the Employment Appeal Tribunal, the sheriff courts and the Court of Session.
