SCLR appoints new vice chair and trustee

The Scottish Council of Law Reporting (SCLR) has announced the appointments of Jackie McRae and Christine McLintock .

Ms McRae of McKinnon Forbes Solicitors in Tranent was elected vice chair of the council, succeeding Kenneth Campbell QC. Ms McRae has served on the council as a trustee/director for the past four years.

Ms McLintock, a nominee to the Council of the Law Society of Scotland, was elected to the role of trustee/director by the meeting in succession to Jamie Millar.

The meeting expressed its thanks to Mr Millar for the seven years that he has served as a trustee/director, for the past three years of which he has served as chairman of the council.
