The SFJP is a project which brings together legal academics, practising lawyers, and representatives from the third sector, to consider whether important legal cases might have been decided differently if the judgment had adopted a feminist perspective.

The inaugural episode focuses on Drury v HM Advocate, a case regarding the murder of Marylin McKenna.

The podcast provides a feminist interpretation of the case while attempting to answer the broader questions: ‘is the law neutral?’, and ‘does it serve us all equally?’.
