SCTS seeks views on disability services
The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS) is gathering feedback from users to improve its services.
As part of its commitment to providing an inclusive and accessible service, SCTS would like to speak with people who work in the legal profession who have a disability or accessibility needs.
The purpose of this session is to explore how the SCTS Civil Lab can improve the accessibility of its services based on the needs of its users. You do not need to have experience of using Civil Online to take part, but it would be helpful if you currently work on civil cases.
Interested parties will be invited to attend a short, one-to-one research session with Rebecca Scott, user researcher in the Civil Lab. If you would like to take part or find out more, please contact Rebecca Scott at sctsuserresearch@scotcourts.gov.uk.
