Second Scottish government contract win for Morton Fraser

The Scottish government has re-appointed Morton Fraser to provide its general property law services.

The contract award is Morton Fraser’s second this year from the Scottish government’s expanded Legal Services Framework, following its recent appointment to provide debt recovery services.

The new contract, worth £150K-£200k per annum, will see Morton Fraser’s public sector team provide a range of general property law services for the next two years, with the option to extend the contract for a further two.

Morton Fraser’s public sector team has provided the Scottish government with property advice for over a decade.

Scottish and UK ministers require a wide range of property law services connected to land acquisition, management and disposal of interests in land and property, having a unique and diverse range of property interests.

Morton Fraser’s public sector team will provide these services following this contract win.
