Senior promotion in dispute resolution at Murray Beith Murray

Murray Beith Murray has announced the appointment of Jennifer Cummings as associate within the Edinburgh-based private client firm. The promotion takes effect from 1 February 2016.

Ms Cummings, who joined the firm in November 2013, provides advice to clients on a wide range of issues, including dispute resolution, debt recovery, contractual disputes and property litigation.

Her main areas of practice include contractual disputes, property litigation and debt recovery. She has a particular interest in advising clients on alternative methods of dispute resolution such as commercial mediation.
