Senior success for paralegals at Lindsays

Six paralegals have been promoted at Lindsays.

Lindsays’ new senior paralegals are: Cheryl McCourt, who joined the firm following the firm’s merger with Kidstons in 2008. She became a paralegal in 2011 and is part of the residential property team in Glasgow.

Christine Jamieson, who works in the employment team based in Glasgow. She also joined from Kidstons through the merger and became a paralegal in 2016.

Fiona Yuill, a member of the private client team based in Edinburgh. She joined Lindsays as a paralegal through the firm’s merger with MacLachlan & MacKenzie in 2012.

Patricia Adams, another member of the private client department in Edinburgh, joined the firm as a paralegal in 2019.

Sandra Reid, a member of the commercial property team in Glasgow, joined Lindsays as a paralegal in 2016.

Tracey McCardle, who works as part of the private client team in Dundee, joined Lindsays as a paralegal in 2016.

Ms McCourt, Ms Jamieson, Ms McCardle and Ms Reid are all accredited by the Law Society of Scotland and are members of the Scottish Paralegal Association (SPA). Ms Reid has held the position of president of the SPA for the last five years and has been an office bearer for 10 years.
