Sheelagh Cooley

Part of a planned rotation of the head of office position, she has stepped into the role during a period of sustained growth for Shoosmiths in Scotland.

Ms Cooley acts for many financial institutions and lenders. In addition to advising on acquisitions, disposals and leasing matters, she provides advice to borrowers across a broad spectrum of sectors on their funding requirements.

Her predecessor, corporate partner Alison Gilson, will now focus on achieving further success as head of the busy corporate team north of the border.
