Shepherd and Wedderburn acts in sale of Kilkee Financial Services Limited to AAB

Shepherd and Wedderburn acted for Geoffrey Purcell in the sale of his Aberdeen based company, Kilkee Financial Services Limited, to AAB.
Since Kilkee’s formation in 2002 it has matured to become a well-established firm in Aberdeen, catering to the financial needs of individuals and businesses both local and international.
Mr Purcell and the KFS team will be joining AAB in it office in Kingswells.
The Shepherd and Wedderburn team was led by corporate partner, Keir Willox and included Natalie Brooks, Douglas Sinclair, Judith Stephenson, Jamie Murray, Deborah Miller and Eva Fraser.
