Shepherd and Wedderburn advises BergenOil AG on investment in oil and gas company
Shepherd and Wedderburn has provided advice to BergenOil AG on the Scots law aspects of a significant investment in private oil and gas exploration company Aurora Energy Resources Limited.

Aurora, based in Aberdeen, holds Petroleum Exploration and Development Licence (PEDL) 164 covering 100km2 of West Lancashire and Merseyside.
Aurora is engaged in the exploration for shale gas in the UK, based on successful analogues from the United States.
