Sheriff William Francis Lunny
Retired lawyer and sheriff William Francis Lunny, born 10 December 1938, has died at the age of 77.
His varied career began when he commenced as a solicitor in private practice in Glasgow in 1961.
He later became an advocate in 1977, and was eventually appointed a sheriff at Hamilton in 1984. He retired with health difficulties in 1998.
Sheriff Lunny is survived by his wife Elizabeth, their children Anne Marie, Peter and Mark, and his four grandchildren.
