Following last week’s serious assault on a Glasgow solicitor and the responses to our editorial yesterday, Scottish Legal News invites readers to take part in a survey and add their own experiences and views. Please send your responses to the questions below to newsdesk@scottishnews.com.
- Should the law be amended so that assaults on lawyers are treated in the same way as those on police officers?
