We currently have a rare opportunity for a solicitor of 0-2 years+ pqe to join our highly regarded Health and Safety team. Whilst not essential it would be desirable for the candidate to have experience in handling Health and Safety, FAIs and other regulatory work, from either the prosecution or defence side. Experience of appearing in court is essential. The work in this team is generally interesting, challenging and rarely straightforward.
