Specialist family law accreditation for Pagan Osborne

The head of Pagan Osborne’s Family Law team, Jackie McRae, has reinforced her position as a leading authority in the field after receiving specialist accreditation from the Law Society of Scotland in family law.

The qualification reflects her high level of knowledge and adds to her unique skills set – she was formerly a social worker, a member of the Scottish Social Work Services Inspectorate and ran a health department policy unit before retraining as a solicitor.

Ms McRae, who joined Pagan Osborne in January, is also an accredited mediator and trained in the practice of collaborative law.
