Ms Bicknell, who was recently recognised as a leading UK mediator in the 2023 rankings of Legal 500, is routinely instructed in a broad range of commercial and civil disputes including professional negligence, construction, insolvency, financial services, partnership, director and shareholder, family business, farming, property, inheritance, and employment disputes. She handles disputes across the UK involving corporates, insurers, private, public and third sector clients.
