Stronachs LLP signs up to Young Person’s Guarantee
Stronachs LLP has pledged its support to the Young Person’s Guarantee (YPG).
The YPG is a Scottish government initiative led by 21 regional Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) groups, and brings together employers, partners and young people.
It aims to connect every 16- to 24-year-old in Scotland to an opportunity. This could be a job, apprenticeship, further or higher education, training or volunteering.
Stronachs currently offers a traineeship programme, summer placement programme and work placements for school pupils. It also regularly connects with local schools and universities to provide students with an insight into a career in law.
Deborah Law, partner and training Lead at Stronachs LLP, said: “Working closely with our two regional DYW groups in Aberdeen and Inverness, we look forward to strengthening our commitment and exploring additional ways we can support young people interested in a career in law.”
