Stuart Clubb appointed chair of Edinburgh Insolvency Discussion Group

Stuart Clubb, partner, solicitor advocate and joint head of the Scottish dispute resolution and litigation team at Shoosmiths in Edinburgh, will take over as chair of the Edinburgh Insolvency Discussion Group (EIDG) on 1 January 2024.
Mr Clubb, who specialises in corporate restructuring and insolvency, with a particular focus on contentious insolvency matters, was previously vice-chair of the group and succeeds outgoing chair, Duncan Raggett of AAB.
Mr Clubb said: “Huge thanks to our outgoing chair, Duncan Raggett of AAB, for all of his hard work over the last four years.
“It’s an honour to take over this important new position, and as chair I look forward to helping further drive forward the Edinburgh Insolvency Discussion Group, as a key knowledge sharing and networking group for insolvency professionals in and around Scotland’s capital city.”
