Susan Law
Lindsays partner Susan Law has passed away at the age of 47.
Alasdair Cummings, managing partner of Lindsays, said: “Everyone at Lindsays is devastated about the sad news that Susan Law died last weekend. Susan had recently taken on the role of head of rural services, having worked as a partner in the team for many years.
“She was a member of the Lindsays’ Management Board from 2017 to 2021, during which time she played an important role in the strategic management of the firm, particularly in guiding it through the Covid period.
“Susan was a friendly face to everyone in the Edinburgh office and indeed more widely across the firm, no matter their level or department. She was very well liked, smart and hard-working, with a great ability to motivate her team and bring them together. She had a very kind and caring nature, with many partners and staff across the offices appreciating the care and concern she showed to them over the years.
“Our thoughts and condolences go out to her daughter Abi, to her parents, to the rest of her family and to her many, many friends. She will be greatly missed by us all.”
