SYLA Beyond the Basics: All things legal aid

The latest instalment in the Scottish Young Lawyers’ Association “Beyond the Basics” series is a seminar dealing with all things legal aid.
The SYLA partnered with the Scottish Legal Aid Board this year to put any legal aid queries to bed.
The speakers at the event are:
- Helen Bell, a SLAB solicitor, specialising in civil merits.
- Elieen Grant, assistant manager, specialising in civil accounts.
The seminar will be held at 17:30 on Thursday 23rd January 2020. It will close with a Q&A session, followed by networking and refreshments.
