Our members spoke, and we listened. Before the turn of the year, the SYLA conducted a survey of our membership (2 – 5 years’ PQE and 5 – 10 years, respectively). A number of the responses requested progression-focused events. Therefore, we are delighted to announce the launch of the

So you want to be… Promoted sub-series.

On Monday 3 April, we are pleased to welcome the following panellists, who will discuss the promotion process (from both the perspective of fee-earner, and HR):

• Chiara Pieri, Contentious Construction Associate at Shepherd + Wedderburn;
• Agne Zasinaite, IPTC Associate at MacRoberts; and
• Anna Clark, HR Business Partner at Burness Paull.

Please note that this event is geared towards those seeking promotion to associate at commercial firms. We are working on an alternative event for those seeking promotion at more regional/high-street firms.
