Terra Firma lends support to kids clothing charity this Christmas

Terra Firma Chambers is delighted to support local charity Kids Love Clothes this Christmas.Kids Love Clothes provide struggling families with young children in Edinburgh and the Lothians with a wardrobe’s worth of quality, donated clothes, ironed and packed in giftbags. The charity is run entirely by volunteers. They operate through referrals from health professionals, social work and others working with vulnerable families. Each gift bag is free with the recipient receiving seasonally appropriate clothes that have been put together with care and attention.Terra Firma’s practice manager, Emma Potter, said “Last year, Kids Love Clothes provided 468 children with much-needed clothes. This year, the referral rate is up by 64 per cent, meaning the need for what they do is sadly growing across our communities. The charity provides practical support to those who dearly need it. We are very pleased to provide assistance to such a worthwhile, local charity.”
