Thorntons strengthens its Land and Rural team with new appointment

Thorntons has bolstered its land and rural business team with a new appointment.

Ross Low, a qualified lawyer, chartered rural surveyor and RICS registered valuer, has joined Thorntons as a solicitor in its Angus team.

Mr Low will advise clients on rural property issues, including the purchase and sale of land, property finance and securities.

He has previously worked at Savills and Strutt & Parker, where he was primarily involved with valuations of agricultural and rural property for secured lending throughout Angus and Aberdeenshire.

Mr Low, who grew up in Hong Kong, lives in Forfar with his family. In his spare time, he is involved with his local rugby club, Strathmore RFC.
