Three year partnership with Pagan Osborne raises £15,000
Pagan Osborne raised £15,000 as part of a three-year partnership withChildren’s Hospice Association Scotland (CHAS).
The partnership launched in March 2012 when, following a staff vote, CHAS was contacted by Pagan Osborne and notified that it was the company’s chosen charity for the next three years.
CHAS corporate and events fundraiser, Criona Knight, said: “It has been an absolute pleasure working with the Pagan Osborne team.
“Every single penny the team have donated will go towards supporting babies, children and young people with life shortening conditions and their families across Scotland. CHAS are so grateful for all their support and hard work and we would like to say a big thank you and wish them all well for the future.”
Jennifer Lowry, Pagan Osborne’s human resources manager and leader of the company’s Make a Difference team, said: “Pagan Osborne is committed to giving back to our communities and doing what we can to support the causes that are important to our people.”
In raising money for the charity, some team members took on the gruellingBeat the Borders event, a multi-activity challenge which included a 40-mile road cycle followed by an 18-mile off-road hill trail and crossing the River Tweed via a zip line.
