TLT has announced another year of strong financial results with 12 per cent year-on-year increase in turnover for 2023/2024.

Annual revenue at the firm is up to £174m from £157m in 2022/2023. Results for 2023/2024 were recorded over an 11-month period and subsequently annualised after TLT changed its accounting year end from 30 April to 31 March.

In response to client demand, TLT has made significant investment in Scotland with key senior appointments including recruiting Keith Anderson as partner in its commercial dispute resolution team in Edinburgh, appointing Nick Shenken as partner in its future energy team and expanding its real estate expertise with five new hires.

TLT’s corporate team in Scotland has also supported 10 Scottish businesses on their transfer to employee ownership trusts during the last financial year. For example, the team advised Glasgow and Aberfeldy based architecture firm Eòlas Architects on its move to employee ownership.

John Paul Sheridan, head of location in Scotland, said: “The last financial year has seen us grow our offering in Scotland with key senior hires, increasing our capabilities across key sectors.

“Looking forward, we will continue to provide a best-in-class service to our clients by investing in our people and continuing to identify innovative solutions that meet our clients’ needs.”
