Trade marks dissertation earns student Cloch IP Quaich
Conor Whittaker has won the 2016 Cloch Quaich for “Best Intellectual Property Law” related dissertation at the University of Aberdeen.
Mr Whittaker’s dissertation explored “The Protection of Trade Marks with Reputation: A Reputable Right?”
The Cloch IP Quaich was awarded by Dr Susan Stokeld, director of the Aberdeen Diploma in Professional Legal Practice, post-graduation at the law school prize-giving in the Law Library on 20 June.
The Cloch IP Quaich is now on display for the fourth year in the Taylor Law Library, University of Aberdeen School of Law.
