TrustBar Autumn Seminar

The Trusts, Fiduciaries and Executries Bar Group (TrustBar) will present a seminar in on Thursday 17 November 2022 in the Reading Room, Advocates Library, Parliament House, Edinburgh. Chaired by Gordon Watt, Advocate, the event will feature three talks:

  • Fergus Whyte, advocate, on Joint Venturers as Fiduciaries
  • Bryan Heaney, advocate, on Remedies for Breach of Trust
  • Fergus Colquhoun, advocate, on Leases in Executries

The seminar has been accredited by the Faculty of Advocates as contributing 1 hour’s CPD for its own members and is eligible for a similar award from the Law Society of Scotland for the solicitor branch of the profession.

Coffee and registration will be available from 4.30pm and the seminar will commence at 5pm. Drinks and canapés will follow the seminar. The cost for attendance is £25 per delegate.
