TWM Solicitors recruits partner from McClure Naismith

England-based law firm TWM Solicitors is the latest to take on a partner from McClure Naismith LLP, which entered administration last week.

Mark Parkhouse formerly head of insolvency and restructuring at the firm, will now join TWM as head of insolvency at its second London office, which is due to be opened in coming weeks.

Around eight lawyers will be based in the new office in the Michelin Building on Chelsea’s Fulham Road.

Mr Parkhouse is an English qualified lawyer, licensed insolvency practitioner and solicitor advocate with rights of audience in the English civil courts.

He is best known for handling both bank- and borrower-led restructurings and has a wide portfolio of contacts including insolvency practitioners and US and UK banks.
