The pair, who litigate within Digby Brown’s serious injury team, were recognised for their track record in delivering industry-leading results in complex matters.

In addition to already earning APIL senior litigator status, accreditation for brain injury cases requires solicitors to deliver results on 10 brain injury cases and three of these must be on behalf of incapable adults.

Accreditation for spinal injury claims also requires 10 successful results and five of these must be on behalf of tetraplegic survivors.

To date, Digby Brown’s Moira Kay has been the only person to hold both APIL accreditations at the same time after being recognised in 2018. It means the trio are the only solicitors in Scotland to hold both accreditations.
