Two new appointments at MacRoberts
MacRoberts has promoted property lawyer Kyle Moir to the partnership and has also appointed private client specialist Chris Gardiner.
Mr Moir is a highly experienced and well regarded real estate lawyer. He deals with all manner of property work including development site acquisition and disposal, funding and securities, leasing, investment property purchase and sales, portfolio acquisition and disposal and private and social housing developments.
Mr Gardiner meanwhile brings extensive experience advising individuals and families on asset protection and tax efficient succession planning, including the drafting of Wills and Powers of Attorney. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the leading worldwide professional body for practitioners in the fields of Trusts, Estates and related issues.
