Two new solicitors join Law Society board

Ken Dalling and Amanda Millar have been elected as the newest members of the Law Society of Scotland’s board. They will take up their new positions as of the next board meeting on 10 July.
The board is a committee of the Council and supports the office bearers and the Council in overseeing decisions on operational matters and holding management to account.
Founding partner of his Stirling-based firm, Ken Dalling, joined the Law Society of Scotland Council in 2010 and sits on the Law Society’s Client Protection Sub-committee, the Professional Practice Committee and Senior Solicitor Advocate Accreditation Committee.
Amanda Millar is a partner at McCash & Hunter in Perth and has been a Law Society of Scotland Council member since 2010. She is the convener of the Professional Practice (Rules & Waivers) Sub-committee and sits on the Client Protection Sub-committee and Audit Committee.
