Vinit Khurana QC

Mr Khurana, who is also a member of Ampersand Advocates, called to the Scottish bar in 1999 and took silk in 2018. He is a specialist practitioner in the healthcare sector with experience across a broad range of medical law issues.

He has the rare distinction of being dual qualified in law and medicine, having practised as a general practitioner for over a decade.
