William Frain-Bell appointed King’s Counsel
Terra Firma Chambers has announced that William Frain-Bell has been appointed King’s Counsel by His Majesty The King on the recommendation of First Minister John Swinney.
Bill called to the bar in Scotland in 1999 before calling to the English bar in 2000. He has acted as counsel in a broad range of disputes before courts and tribunals throughout the UK and abroad, including the Supreme Court and the Privy Council. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a chartered arbitrator, as well as an accredited CEDR Mediator. He has been an advocate depute since 2021.
