WJM announces two senior promotions
Wright, Johnston & Mackenzie LLP has announced the promotion of Martin O’Neill (pictured) to senior associate and Nicola Martin to associate.
Mr O’Neill is a member of WJM’s corporate team and specialises in commercial contracts, intellectual property and technology law.
He qualified with WJM in 2006 after completing a Masters Degree in IT Law. Mr O’Neill’s clients range from small owner managed businesses to international listed companies in the technology, energy and retail sectors.
He has been ranked as a notable practitioner in a number of successive editions of the Chambers Guide, including the 2017 edition.
Ms Martin (pictured right) specialises in planning and development law and has a dual qualification in Scottish and English law.
Ms Martin joined WJM in January 2015 and has over 13 years’ experience as a planning lawyer both in local government and private practise.
She has considerable expertise in complex planning applications and appeals relating to residential, renewables, and large infrastructure projects for which she acts on behalf of clients based in England as well as Scotland.
