Womble Bond Dickinson (WBD) has advised high-street retailer Ann Summers on the opening of a new store in Glasgow. The new shop is located within Buchanan Galleries and becomes the retail giant’s third city centre store.
The WBD team was led by partner Nikki Powell and managing associate Clare Lamond from the firm’s real estate practice.
Ms Powell said: “Ann Summers has been a staple on the British high-street for decades and after the uncertainty created by the pandemic, we are delighted to have advised them on this latest opportunity to expand their operations in Scotland with a new store in Glasgow.”
